The VIRION (Virtual Reality applied to school education) project is co-financed by the European Union’s Erasmus+ program and aims to improve the acquisition of skills in STEM subjects. To this end, a series of thematic virtual reality environments will be created on these areas of knowledge, allowing students to interact and proactively intervene in the teaching and learning process.
Creating attractive and responsible media literacy projects is a challenge that requires schools, teachers and students to work together to be successful. VIRION’s goal is to initiate this. Aspects such as educational community, learning outcomes, improving skill acquisition and much more are our main goals.
Our proposal focuses on the use of virtual reality through the use of VR glasses, in which students interact with the educational content that is developed according to the pedagogical needs of the teachers.
